New Women’s Strike!
The condition of the women
workers, the most exploited, is held back, nobody not talk about, at
most it appears in some statistics on newspaper, or in some clamorous
investigation, which remains just a 'scoop' (usually, workers have to
die to appear in the newspapers). Yet working women are suffering
unprecedented attacks, they are the first victims of the policies of
the bosses, the Jobs Act of Renzi’s government.
But it must not be said.
Because their situation, made of attacks on working conditions,
discrimination, up to sexual blackmail, lays bare the whole system of
exploitation and oppression on the workplace and outside.
Even the official trade
unions are silent or speak only when the situation breaks up,
tragically, like that of the hired women the last summer; they do not
organize struggles but, rather, prevent them - Fiom [metal union] at
most sometimes come out with an useful investigation, but then hold
back workers who mobilize, as the Sata Melfi, and made that matter of
dignity a mere point of an useless agenda.
BUT THE WORKING WOMEN
ARE FED UP WITH THIS!
Women workers at the Sata
in Melfi, as in other factories of FCA, are tired after few hours of
work, exhausted by fatigue. They have to choose whether to go in the
bathrooms, where they have to hurry even in the days of menstruation,
or eat a sandwich, in the short breaks of 10 minutes. The stressful
shifts, rhythms and workloads also attack their reproductive health.
The ultramodern systems intensifying the work adopted by Marchionne
(Ergo UAS) bring the workers to a condition of new Middle Ages. And
finally they are offended, humiliated, when they ask a blue suit to
avoid the embarrassment of blood spots in the period of menstruation.
When they come out exhausted from the factory, on rest days - say the
workers – they can not rest, because at home they begin with
household chores, children care, etc.
The hired women say: "We
are the slaves of the third millennium." They are paid somewhat
more than twenty euros a day, for ten, twelve hours of work, even 15
hours in the warehouses; They are black workers or sign a false
paycheck, do an exhausting work, standing under tents where in summer
the heat reaches 50 degrees, breathing toxic products, bending for
hours and hours. They are selected as slaves by illegal recruiters or
more modern and "legal" forms of hiring as the temporary
work agencies, for super-profits of large companies. They must work
under the eyes of a "kapo" which also decides when they can
go pee, behind a tree. The youngest of them also undergo sexual
blackmail, harassment, violence up by foremen and bosses. And, a the
end, they die for fatigue, such as Paola and others the last summer.
The women working for the
Coops are always under the threat of dismissal, with lower and lower
wages, they can not even get sick. Blackmailed, harassed and forced
to work at inhuman rhythms by firms with millions of sales; always
scolded, threatened with transfer as punishment. Working mothers are
discriminated and left at home without pay when they no longer useful
(guilty of having young children). When women rebel, are sexually

There are the
ultra-precarious cleaning workers, from North to South, always under
threat of firing by the lowest-price subcontractors, who work few
hours and even fewer wages, often not even paid.
And there is the last
"ring of the chain", the migrants working as "slaves
of rubbish", as in Monselice (Padua), fired by the coop for
having protested against inhumane working conditions. Moroccan women,
folded eight hours on waste hunting the recyclable plastic. An
eco-friendly business based on the uncontrolled exploitation of
migrant women. They also have to endure racist insults and brutal
blackmail.
And so on, on, on ....
These are just few
examples of the condition of women workers, on which the bosses,
often transnational, impose a "modern Middle Ages". Every
day it shows the intertwining of class attacks and nasty attacks on
women as women. A condition that does not give breath, because the
burden, the situation of blackmail on the workplace is brought into
the houses and there the burdens of the problems of motherhood,
children care, lack of social services, in turn weigh as many
boulders on the conditions and opportunities of work for women.
A condition that the
Renzi’s government has worsened twice: first, with the Jobs Act,
the life-time precariousness has been institutionalized, along with
the freedom of dismissal, that first affects the women, often with
because of motherhood; then, with the misery of the bonuses, the lack
of social services is unloaded once more on women.
But in some of the
situations we mentioned, there is also something else. There is
rebellion, somewhere struggles, strikes, protests of women workers:
the battle against the white suits of the workers in Melfi, the brave
stand of the hired women, the protest of workers in Bologna against
dismissal and the pigs bosses, the strong struggle of immigrant
women.
But these and many other
struggles of women have not yet won.
The struggles of the
workers, of the most exploited does not come out of isolation, women
workers are not united, self-organized for a national battle, which
must put strongly the condition of women, the double exploitation and
oppression, that there is in each struggle but goes beyond the single
struggles, because it requires a 360 degree change.
THE WOMEN’S STRIKE IS
THE WEAPON WE HAVE AND MUST USE!
The objective situation
shows with thousands of facts that it is time to say "Enough!",
it is time for a strong new women's strike. Yet there is not an
adequate subjective consciousness, but we must begin.
This women’s strike, the
second after that on 25 November 2013, has at its centre the women
workers, the most exploited and oppressed workers. May all the other
women join!
First the women workers in
the schools, who have done a big struggle and in the strike of 2013
were great, joining the strike in 12,000.
But the women workers from
the factories, from the countryside, from the “blacker”
workplaces, the immigrants enslaved, are those who show the extent to
which comes the modern Middle Ages of the capitalist system that
takes and destroys all the life, in 360 degree, and that is chieftain
of organized, institutionalized male chauvinism and sexism.
On March 8 we
begin the march of the women's strike. It must continue beyond the
March 8, to gradually become larger and extend everywhere. Let’s
construct together, with the strike, a network of women workers, of
struggles, and a platform from below.

¿Por qué
una nueva huelga de las mujeres?
La situación de las
obreras, de las trabajadoras más explotadas no es contada, de esa no
se habla, al máximo aparecen unas estadísticaa en los insertos de
periódicos, o en unos reportajes primicia, que quedan sólo una
"primicia" (en general, los trabajadores tienen que morir
porque aparecen en los periódicos). Sin embargo, las trabajadoras
están sometidas a ataques más
que nunca, son las primeras víctimas de las políticas de la
burguesía, del
Jobs Act del gobierno Renzi.
Pero usted nadie debe
hablar. Porque su condición pone al descubierto todo el sistema de
explotación y opresión en los lugares de trabajo y fuera, un
sistema hecho de ataques a las condiciones de trabajo,
discriminación, chantaje sexual.
Las mismas centrales
sindicales, están en silencio o hablan sólo cuando la situación de
la mujer explota, a menudo trágicamente, come en el caso de las
trabajadoras agrícolas
el verano pasado. No organizan luchas, sino las dificultan – la
FIOM (sindicato de los metalúrgicos, ndt)
en la mayoría de las veces sale con alguna
útil investigación, pero luego frenan las trabajadoras que actúan,
como ha pasado en la Sata en Melfi, y así una cuestión de dignidad,
es reducida un simple punto de una inútil plataforma sindical.

Pero las trabajadoras están hartas de todo esto !
Las trabajadoras
de la Sata en Melfi, al igual que en
otras fábricaa der
la FCA, ya están cansadas después pocas horas de trabajo, agotadas
por la fatiga. En los breves descansos de 10 minutos deben decidir si
ir a los baños, lejos, onde tienen que darse prisa, incluso en los
días del ciclo menstrual, o comer un bocadillo. Los turnos
estresantes, los ritmos y las cargas de trabajo también atacan a su
salud reproductiva. Los sistemas ultramodernos de intensificación
del trabajo de Marchionne (Ergo UAS) llevan a las trabajadoras a una
condición de Edad Media. A continuación, deben también sentirse
ofendidas, humilladas, cuando piden un mono azul para evitar la
vergüenza de manchas en el período de la menstruación. Cuando
salen agotadas de la fábrica, en los días de descanso – contan
las trabajadoras - no pueden descansar, porque comienzan en casa con
las tareas del hogar, los niños, etc.
Las trabajadoras
agrícolas
dicen: "Somos las esclavas del tercer milenio." Se les paga
poco más de veinte euros al día, para diez, doce horas de trabajo,
incluso 15 en los almacenes. Su trabajo es “en negro” o firman
paquete de paga
falso, por un trabajo agotador, de pie bajo
tiendas donde en verano se llega a los 50 grados, respirando
productos tóxicos, dobladas por horas y horas. Son seleccionadas
como esclavas por caudillos o pora las modernas formas y "legales"
de las agencias de trabajo temporal, para la super-ganancia de las
grandes empresas. Ellas deben trabajar bajo los ojos de un "kapo",
que también decide cuando pueden ir a orinar, detrás de un árbol.
Las más jóvenes
también sufren el chantaje, acoso y incluso la violencia sexual de
capataces y jefes. Y al final, se mueren de fatiga, tal como Paola y
otras este verano.
Las trabajadoras
de las Cooperativas, siempre bajo el
hacha del despido, con salarios más y más cortados, y que no se
pueden tampoco enferman. Chantajeadas, acosadas y obligadas a
trabajar con ritmos inhumanos por empresas con millones de ventas.
Siempre regañadas, amenazadas de traslado como castigo. Madres
trabajadoras discriminadas e dejadas en casa sin pago cuando ya no
sirven (culpables de tener niños pequeños). Donde las trabajadoras
se rebelan, son acosadas sexualmente y despedidas (como las
trabajadoras de la cooperativa de la Logística Yoox Mr Job en
Bolonia).
Hay
las trabajadoras de limpieza,
ultra-precarias, de norte a sur, siempre a riesgo de despido, pasando
de contratista a contratista siempre a la máxima reducción,
trabajando poca horas y con salarios aún
más miserables, que a menudo ni siquiera
le pagan.
Y al final hay el
último “eslabón de
la cadena”, las
migrantes, las
"esclavas de la basura", tal
como las trabajadoras de Monselice (Padova) despedidas por la
cooperativa por haber protestado contra las condiciones de trabajo
inhumanas. Mujer marroquíes, plegadas ocho horas sobre los residuos
a la caza de plástico reciclable. Un business ecológico basado en
la explotación incontrolada de las mujeres migrantes. Y también
tienen que soportar los insultos racistas y chantaje brutal.
ETC, ETC, ETC ...
Son sólo algunos de
los muchos ejemplos
símbolos de la condición de las trabajadoras, sobre las cuales los
patrones, a veces multinacionales, imponen un "modernos
medievo", que cada día mas muestra el entrelazamiento de
ataques de clase y ataques asquerosos contra las mujeres como
tales. Una condición que no da aliento,
poque a la pesadez, el chantaje de la condición en el lugar de
trabajo lleva a la casa y en la casa la pesadez, los problemas de la
maternidad, de los niños, la falta de servicios sociales, etc. a su
vez pesan com muchos peñascos sobra
las condiciones y oportunidades de trabajo para las mismas mujeres.
Una situación que
el gobierno Renzi ha empeorado dos veces: con el Jobs Act ha
institucionalizado precaridad perpetua, el libre despido, que afecta
en primer lugar las mujeres, a menudo con la excusa de la maternidad;
luego, con la miseria de los bonuses, ha descargado aún
más sobre las mujeres la falta de
servicios sociales.
Sin embargo, en
algunas de la realidades que mencionamos, hay también otro. Hay
rebelión, a veces luchas, huelgas, protestas de las trabajadoras: la
batalla contra los monos blancos de las trabajadoras de Melfi, la
valiente denuncia de las trabajadoras agrícolas,
la protesta de las trabajadoras de Bolonia contra el despido y los
cerdos patrones, la fuerte lucha de las inmigrantes.
Pero estas y muchas
otras luchas de las mujeres aún no han ganado.
Las luchas de las
obrearas, de las trabajadoras más explotadas no salen del
aislamiento, las obreras, las trabajadoras no están unidas,
auto-organizadas en una batalla nacional, que debe poner con fuerza
la condición de la mujer, la doble explotación y opresión, que es
está en cada
lucha, pero va más allá de las luchas mismas, ya que requiere un
cambio de 360grados.
¡LA HUELGA DE
LAS MUJERES ES LA ARMA QUE TENEMOS Y DEBEMOS UTILIZAR!
La situación
objetiva muestra con miles hechos que es el momento de decir
"¡basta!". Es el momento para una nueva fuerte huelga de
las mujeres. Sin embargo, non hay una
igual conciencia subjetiva, pero hay que empezar.
Esta huelga de las
mujeres, la segunda después de la de 25 de noviembre de 2013, tiene
en su centro las obreras, las trabajadoras más explotadas y
oprimidas. ¡Pero que todas las otras mujeres se unen!
En primer lugar las
trabajadoras de la escuela que han hecho gran lucha y en la huelga de
2013 fueron grandes, unendose a la lucha en 12.000.
Pero son las
trabajadoras de las fábricas, del campo, de los lugares de trabajo
más "negros", las inmigrantes esclavizadas las que
muestran hasta que grado llega el moderno medievo del sistema de
capital que se toma y destruye toda la vida, a 360 grados, y que es
capataz del machismo / sexismo organizado, institucionalizado.
El 8 de marzo
empezamos la marcha de la huelga de las mujeres. Necesita que esta
continúa
también
después
del 8 de marzo, así
que poco a
poco eso
se haga más grandes y se propaga por
todas partes, construyendo juntas, en la huelga, una red de las
realidades de trabajo de las mujeres, de las luchas, y una plataforma
por abajo.
